CEO of Southern Europe Strategic Business Unit

Andrea Falleni was appointed CEO of the Southern Europe Strategic Business Unit effective January 1^st, 2023, at which point he also joined the Group Executive Board.

Prior to this, from January 2021 to December 2022, he was Global Sales Officer of Capgemini’s South & Central Europe region after being Chief Operating Officer of Application Services in Eastern Europe (from 2015 to 2016).

During the same period, from November 2016 to December 2022, Andrea was also the Managing Director of Capgemini’s Business Unit in Italy after having led the Financial Services business in the country since 2013, and also the Manufacturing and Consumer Products & Retail businesses since 2015.

Andrea joined Capgemini in August 2011 following the acquisition of the Italian IT services provider
AIVE BST Group for which he was managing the commercial development since 2003, after having led BST’s Banking business for 3 years.

Andrea has over 30 years of experience in the IT services industry. He began his career as IT Product Manager at Cassa di Risparmio di Bologna.

Andrea holds an EMBA from Bologna Business School in Italy, where he also had the opportunity to share his experience in management courses.
