Eliza Silvester has worked in the Life Sciences sector for more than 15 years. As Principal of our Life Sciences business, she is the account lead for one of clients and the subject matter expert (SME) for pharmacovigilance/regulatory compliance. In the current global landscape, she is also the SME for COVID-19 thought leadership in Life Sciences.
Eliza says that her clients face challenges around doing things faster and better with less, as well as with how to achieve patient centricity. Her approach to addressing these challenges is to use innovation, reinvention, and outside-in inspiration from non-Life Sciences companies, along with a focus on cost-take .
She is passionate about helping big pharma achieve innovation and patient centricity for the benefit of patients and is especially proud this year to be leading development of our COVID-19 thought leadership response.
