I am leading Digital HR at Capgemini Invent Switzerland. I support CHROs and their HR leadership teams in reinventing HR – from strategy development, operating models designs to IT landscape evolutions. In addition, I  help HR and functional leads to plan and execute workforce transformations by applying process excellence, automation, up- and reskilling as well as market-leading talent acquisition, shoring and sourcing practices.
I combine more than 15 years of HR line and consulting experience with deep knowledge in maturing and emerging technologies. After having been with SAP and Accenture as well as supporting companies of all sizes across almost all industries in multiple European countries, I joined Capgemini in 2020. Being an “New Work” ambassador and passionate trainer, I educated more than 500 professionals in design thinking, innovation and agile ways of working.
