Rita Martins is responsible for building and managing relationships with high-potential startups and driving collaboration between FinTechs, Web3 Startups, and traditional financial services.
She worked previously at Ernst and Young and Accenture, advising C-Suite on the applicability of new technologies in finance and accelerating large-scale transformation projects. A recognized expert, Rita is a regular keynote speaker on the subjects of FinTech, Web3, Defi, and partnerships. She is also a judge at FinTech innovation awards. Rita is currently mentoring at Web3 Techstars and Outlier Ventures and sits on the Advisory Board of Tech London Advocates (TLA).
