Why Capgemini is present

At Capgemini, our Make it Real promise is built on the belief that the future of work must be AI‑powered and human‑centered. We see Artificial Intelligence as a catalyst to unlock human potential — augmenting capabilities, enhancing decision‑making, and enabling more meaningful and inclusive work experiences.

At a time when organizations face talent scarcity alongside vast untapped potential, people‑centered, AI‑enabled strategies are no longer optional. They are essential to drive innovation, resilience, and sustainable performance, ensuring that technology serves people — not the other way around.

Our participation in the Leading People – International HR Conference reflects our commitment to redesigning work, leadership, and culture through a People Force approach. By combining human insight with AI‑driven intelligence, we help organizations integrate diversity, bridge generations, and create environments where different talents and capabilities work together to make impact, real.

About the Debate

A Nova People Force: Trabalho para todos, todos, todos” | 09h40

People-centric organizations expand access to talent by rethinking leadership models, work design, and orPeople-centered organizations are those that broaden access to talent and redesign work, leadership, and culture to accommodate diverse human profiles. In other words, a “People Force” cannot exist if people continue to be excluded from the labor market. In the new work paradigm, we face a paradox: a shortage of talent and an abundance of untapped human potential. Among these talents are thousands of people with disabilities and those deemed ineligible due to ageism, particularly older adults. While companies seek talent in an increasingly competitive market, barriers still exist that limit the participation of many professionals.

The future of organizations lies in a Human Experience, where the human experience must be truly diverse. Work for everyone—everyone, everyone—goes beyond a social issue.

In this discussion, the participants will explore how organizations can transition from a traditional Human Resources management approach to a true “People Force,” where diverse experiences, skills, and generations coexist and complement one another.
