My role in Capgemini Sogeti is Director for Digital Solutions with long track record working with Salesforce solutions for many local and global enterprise customers.
Due to my experience and work for salesforce.com implementation partners both in Italy, UK and Denmark implementation experience covers both local and global solutions, simple and extremely complex roll-outs.
My focus is to deliver the best customer facing solutions for our clients enabling them to increase their client intimacy, deliver seamless multi-channel experience and differentiate themselves against competitors via the best of breed solutions in the market. Solutions cover among others CRM and Platform on Salesforce, CMS on EPiServer, and Mobility.
Within the Capgemini Group I work as representative for our Nordic operation on Salesforce services.
