An inclusive culture

Be your authentic self at work. When you join Capgemini, you join a global organization, with 120 nationalities, that celebrates diversity in all its forms.

We believe that diversity combined with active inclusion enables innovation and produces value that benefits everyone, and we strive to create a vibrant and inclusive culture where people representing society in all its diversity are empowered to build meaningful careers. Whatever your origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability or religion, there will be an opportunity for you to thrive at Capgemini.

We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where people of all backgrounds can prosper and feel they can belong. We offer inclusive leadership training to all of our managers to help them recognize and address their biases, we propose hybrid and flexible work options, and we enforce an equity framework to ensure each person is supported, valued, and gets the opportunities they deserve.

Women are key to shaping the future of the digital economy. We have launched an ambitious program focused on promoting the career development of women at all levels of our organization. We have committed to having women make up 40% of our workforce by the end of 2025, with 30% female representation on our executive leadership teams. Right now, 30% of vice president-level promotions and new hires are women.

Young colleagues are chatting

Our employee networks bring together global communities of passionate colleagues with shared interests and identities – working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society. Whether you join OUTfront, Women@Capgemini, CapAbility or a group focused on ethnicity, it is an opportunity for you to interact with colleagues outside your immediate team, and redefine what it means to work at Capgemini.
